I'm going to be at the Hickory Flat Publix at or around 7:15 -- 7:30 Sunday morning (May 16) to do a 35 -- 40 miler. Basically will follow the Hickory Flat 8:00 Sat. A.M. ride with some modifications. Will ride by myself but I wouldn't mind some company. If anyone wants to come along, that would be awesome. Hope for good weather & a good ride!

I grew up in East Point, Georgia during the 60's and early 70's. My family is still in the Atlanta area so my goal is to time a visit to Atlanta around a Hickory Flat event. I assume we can rent bikes there.

Thanks for the invitation. I'm joining as a supporter since I doubt I can make many rides from Auburn, CA.

Riding Saturday morning at 8am. Forecast currently says 37 deg F and partly cloudy for that time. Dress accordingly. Hopefully, we'll have a better turnout than the last two weeks, which were freezing temperatures. Plan on the classic route with some minor modifications (around 35 miles).

Thanks to Zane Leake for posting the Rose Pedal charity ride on VeloReviews.com! Here's the link to the VR page:

It starts and finishes in the Hickory Flat riding area. Top-notch event last year. Let's get a "team" together to do the ride on April 17th!
