My commute is 45 miles, I live north of San Francisco, so I usually take the bus. When the days are long I have a great commute (home). There isn't 10mi of flat road around here, so time trialing isn't something we get to do around here. Levi Leipheimer lives a few miles away in Santa Rosa California, so you may know what hills I'm talking about.
You sound pretty regular, on the bike anyway, GOOD JOB! I'm jealous!
