I've never seen or used the Muscle Trac before...interesting... The Grid is the foam roller Al spoke about a podcast or so ago. It is a GOOD roller! I personally prefer rollers to the stick for most self care...but both are very valuable tools!

Bobs are GREAT strollers! I've had a Bob and my ultimate favorite is the Phil and Ted's It comes in single and the the back seat can be added separately...LOVED this stroller...and lasts forever.

Agreed...I fell earlier on the year...smacked the back of my LAS *Helmet* on the concrete beach bike path...nearly cracked through. Tell me that didn't save me some major damage?! I had a minor concussion from it.

I see that too...on bike paths...which can be so dangerous at times. Or the baby in the baby seat with no helmet? OY! I always call out to the kids who have their helmet on..."nice helmet!"
